DAY 2

5 min rope, hip bridges, s2s, BB RDLs

4x 6 Dealift, 10 Bench Press, 12 Ball Slam
3x 12 LM Twist, 12 KB Snatch/arm

Finish
4x 5 KB Jerks, 30 sec Lockout, 30 sec SB bridge

DAY 3

Warm Up
800 meter jog, roller, 1 min push ups

Strength
6 min Longcycle, 6 min max DUs, 6 min Half Snatch

Finish
30 sec/ 30 sec rest of Plank, V-Up, Bicycle
