How Often Do I Workout On The Ball
How many times a week should I workout with the ball? Difficult question, there are several variables that effect recovery and therefore ideal training frequency can vary greatly between individuals. Generally two or three workouts per week is ideal for beginners. I personally never workout more than five times per week and every month or so I take several days completely off.
