Ideal Number Of Sets & Reps
How many sets and reps should I do? For general strength and conditioning try two or three sets of 4-6 high resistance reps without going to muscle failure. Maximize 'time under tension'. Stop each set a couple reps short of muscle failure and emphasize quality over quantity.
