I Just Want To Get Toned
Can I just get toned-I don't want to get big? Don't worry; low reps with high tension/resistance promote strength without size. Performing sets of 8-12 reps or more tends to promote muscle hypertrophy or mass. However, in my experience unless it's your goal to get big you won't. The dynamic Swiss ball exercises in these DVDs are intended to create strong toned muscle without excess size.
