Will I Develop Thick and Bulky Abs
Will Swiss ball exercises and/or too much core work in general make my abs thick and bulky? No. Again these exercises are designed for functional strength and flexibility-not mass. Moreover, the layers of abdominal muscles are relatively thin so hypothetically even if you greatly increased the mass of your abdominal muscles it wouldn't double your waistline or create a negative aesthetic.
